We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance for half-day and full-day tours. For multi-day tours and peak season (April-September), we suggest booking 1-2 weeks ahead to ensure availability.

Light rain doesn't stop the Dutch from cycling! We provide rain gear and continue with tours unless weather conditions are unsafe. In case of severe weather, we'll reschedule your tour at no extra cost.

No, all our tours include high-quality Dutch bicycles suitable for the terrain. We also provide helmets, locks, and safety equipment. If you prefer to use your own bike, please let us know when booking.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full amount. We offer free rescheduling for weather-related cancellations.
